You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. Upon closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to the member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Inactive accounts (no login for 12 or more consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as disclosed in the Cashier section. Members will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
